Tell us your phone or watch model, app version and what happened. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or private health records.
Connect your watch
Install Playtali on your paired watch and open it once. Use the same account on both devices. In Account settings, choose Reconnect watch. Keep both devices connected to the internet. If a score change is pending, allow it to synchronize before switching matches.
Workouts are optional
Enable or disable padel workout mode in Account settings. Device permission is required. Heart rate and energy stay private. Match participants can compare session steps and measured wrist motion. You can keep score with workout mode disabled.
Finish a match
Use Finish or Cancel in the match controls. An explicit finish updates connected devices when they can connect. Leaving the app or turning off the display is not the same as finishing a match.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in Account settings or request deletion on this website without reinstalling the app. The deletion page explains what is erased and how to confirm the request.
